Product Structure Description:
1.   Dual air-cooled Corona Tube 30g/hr quartz ozone tube sets is include high voltage power supply and quartz ozone tube.
2.   The characteristics of dual air-cooled quartz ozone tube: inner and outer electrode both have heat sink, heat dissipation area is large, and get excellent cooling effect, dielectric material is 99.8% silica quartz tube, the sealing parts is PTFE and fluorine rubber. Gas nozzle use 8mm inner diameter fluorine rubber tube.
The main feature of quartz ozone tube have high dielectric permittivity values, not easily damaged when transportation, the thermal expansion coefficient is low, the air source max pressure is 0.2Mpa, the normal using life is about 12000 hours.
3. The characteristics of high voltage power supply: Include Military grade                                       
variable voltage variable frequency PCB electric circuit and vacuum epoxy FBT
The main feature is IGBT driver, bandwidth auto/manual, slow start(Limit inrush current), overvoltage protection, power converter overheat protection, output short circuit, circuit protection, sound and light alarm, circuit anti jamming, moisture proof and anticorrosion design, as different customer request, to provide PLC controller or custom voltage, the normal using life is more than 8000 hours.
3.   The spare parts of the high voltage power supply:
a. Potentiometer: the main function is adjust the output power of the power supply, then change the ozone concentration and ozone output, Clockwise is adjust large, counterclockwise is adjust small.
  b. High voltage line and high voltage ground line: high voltage line is 5mm            
  white silicone wire, wiring the terminal to the Teflon, the high              
  voltage is yellow and green wire from the PCB circuit board, wiring the         
  terminal to the ozone heat sink, According to this method, there are no high                     
  voltage on the ozone tube surface, it's the safe way to install.
  c. power terminal: two pieces wire cores and one piece plastic wiring plug,   
    welding the power supply line, then inserted into the socket on the PCB              
    circuit board.
