AM series PVDF venturi injectors operate over a wide range of pressures and require only a minimal pressure differential between the inlet and outlet sides to initiate a vacuum at the suction port. The performance tables are divided in two sections: Liquid suction and gas suction.

Installation and use of venturi injector
Precautions

1, the water pressure at the front end of the injector needs to be greater than 0.2MPA, if the water pressure is lower than 0.2MPA or the water pressure pressure is high or low, it is recommended to add a water pump at the water inlet end, the size of the pump should be based on the size of the water flow rate to be selected.
2, jet installed in the main bypass pipe, as shown in the figure, the main pipeline needs to be added to the valve to control the size of the negative pressure suction jet.
3, the outlet pipe can not add a valve, it is forbidden to turn off the water from the outlet end, otherwise it will lead to the injector back from the inlet.
4, in order to ensure that the ozone is completely absorbed by the injector, please use the oxygen flow meter to test the negative pressure gas flow of the injector alone before connecting the ozone gas, when testing the oxygen flow meter needs to be completely opened to the maximum, the flowmeter inlet should not be connected to anything, and the flowmeter outlet should be connected to the inlet of the injector using the gas pipe. Then observe the flow size of the oxygen flow meter, the flow size can be controlled by the valve on the main pipe, the size of the suction volume of the injector should be consistent with the size of the ozone output flow, if the ozone ozone flow is too large, the overflow port of the anti-return device will have ozone overflow, if the ozone flow is too small, the anti-return device will have air added.
